Terms and Conditions

There are just a few things we want to make you aware of...

1.  Unless you request otherwise, we often reuse boxes and packing material to be a little kinder to our environment...

2.  Please read our product descriptions carefully.  Often - especially on our hand-painted items like Talavera crosses or Holy Water Fonts - we simply can't photograph each one individually for listing and we reserve the right to hand-pick one that's very similar but may have minor variations due to the uniqueness of hand-painting.  We promise you'll get something fabulous.

3.  More than 85% of our items are hand-produced by talented artists in other countries - not mass produced by machines! - so please allow for tiny imperfections that only add to your item's uniqueness.

4.  The global Covid pandemic has caused delays in almost every walk of life and we must adapt to uncertainty in everything from raw material availability to production to shipping times.  If you order something that is delayed by more than a few days we will tell you and, if you request it, we'll cancel your order and issue a refund.  If you advise us that you want to wait for availability, we'll keep you notified as to status.
